Wondering what our Live, Online Classes are really like, but aren’t sure you’re ready to make a financial commitment yet? Thinking you might like to try our On-Demand Workouts on your own time? Well, now you can find out!

We're sharing Four Workouts with you today, so that you can take a moment to try them out before committing to one of our memberships or passes.

In this guide, you’ll find two challenging 30 minute Express ELEVATE workouts that we recorded recently:

  • A stability ball, tabata style workout

  • A loopband circuit workout

and two of our favourite low impact strength workouts from our On-Demand library of workouts:

  • A 30 minute Babywearing circuit

  • A 20 minute Upper Body and Core workout

All of our workouts provide modifications to meet you at your level of fitness. If you don’t have the equipment suggested, there are alternatives given as well.
